Return Period
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. This period starts on the day you receive your package. Returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

2. Pack Your Return
Carefully pack the product, preferably in its original packaging. Ensure all included items (such as accessories and manuals) are enclosed.
3. Send the Package
Send the package to our return address (see below). Please use a shipping method with tracking. Note: You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any customs or import duties.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Full Refund: If the return is correct and complete, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs paid during the order.
- Partial Refund: If the product is used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund amount as compensation for depreciation.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@nyrdon.com as soon as possible. Attach photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product. After verification, we will send you a new product or process a refund.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? This is possible if the product meets the return conditions. Send an email to info@nyrdon.com with your order number and the product you wish to receive instead. We will inform you of the availability and next steps.
Non-Received Returns
If your return shipment has not been received within 15 business days and you do not have a tracking code, we are not responsible for lost packages. Always ensure you have proof of shipment and a tracking number.
